It's getting late in the day and I can't wait to get outside. It's almost like fall today, in the low 70's, sunny but not sweltering hot and it smells crisp and fresh outside. I prefer the sweltering heat myself, but I can't complain about this either. A perfect West Virginia day, no doubt. If I were at home, I would have no clue what a nice day it was because I wouldn't have ventured off my couch. I am sure that there were a ton of movies on today that I could have watched again. My current favorite (this week) is 1900 starring Tim Roth. It's a 1989 film and it has the chic in it from Babylon A.D. (she looks EXACTLY the same-really really young!!). Anywhoo, Roth plays an illiterate immigrant born on a ship who never gets off the ship his entire life. Cool enough, right? The twist is that he is a composer...he plays the piano by ear and eventually plays his own scores, only to go down with the ship when it is retired for scrap. He has a piano duel with Jellyroll Morton, which is great and the whole story is pretty damn interesting. Makes you think about how it was at the turn of the twentieth century. And I, of course, eat that shit up. If only I could be as interested in the now as I am in the past, my life would be full. Ha, right. Point is, if you have seen it, cool. If not, give it a chance. I was pleasantly surprised.
I cannot WAIT until Wonderland hits locally. I look so forward to Tim Burton's take on it. I know he will do Lewis Carroll justice. Finally. And Depp as the Hatter is excellent, but I think the Cheshire cat is the best. Of course, no doubt I will love Tweetle Dee and Tweetle Dum too. Any character from the book is going to be great under Burton's artistic watch. I think he has that vintage way about him. He has no ties to the materials of here and now, so he is free to elaborate. For instance, Edward Scissorhands...he went from a Gothic castle (think Frankenstein) to a 50's retro subdivision with 70's muscle cars and 60's fashion. And he made it work. The scenes flowed together perfectly and nothing seemed too weird. Fucking amazing. I love it. Same thing with Batman...his Gotham city was the best ever and those characters (catwoman and the penguin) are still the best ever. Even Harvey Two Face in the last one wasn't that good. Yep, he's the Dali of our era, people. Represent.
Well, that's all I have for now. More posts tomorrow. If you see me in traffic, get the fuck off the sidewalk! Ciao!

Mother Theresa, WWII and the New Russia
OMG...It seems like forever since I have blogged. And not for good reason except work and other distractions. I know, I am too easily distracted and I totally lose my focus. Thus the reason I am typing this blog and not finishing my first best seller, you know?
I don't feel much like talking about current politics right now. The US is so fucked up that I just don't care to express my opinion anymore and I have given up on anything ever getting done without paying off a million slimy politicians first. Everybody wants their payoff, don't they? But I have plenty of other news I would like to spew all over the screen and seethe about. What happened to humanitarianism? Why in the fuck would Heidi Montag or whatever her new name is even begin to compare herself with Mother Theresa? Her eyeliner costs more than Mother Theresa made in a year and she makes me want to vomit my breakfast up. Remember Heidi-Mother Theresa wore her own label and I promise you she didn't pay too much for the frock. Fucking idiot. All these Hollywood tempastars (a new word I created; tempastar=temporarily famous people, like reality stars) want to be something more than they are. Be happy with your massive fortunes and sheltered lives in the hills of Sunny CA where nothing bad ever happens to you beyond your own self-abuses and an occasional car accident. Appreciate your ungodly salaries and the fact that you only have to look good and say stupid things to keep your job. Be glad that that you have your bubble and live in it quietly. Please.
Speaking of Reality...Why in the fuck would they cancel Megan Wants a Millionaire now? I mean, VH1 normally has no humility when it comes to airing dirty laundry and they are looking at probably the highest rated show on TV if they would air that scumbag murderer in a "normal setting" (laughs). What are you waiting for, VH1? Starting to get a conscious or was it a legal matter? You have the exclusive rights to a dead murderer that everyone is searching the Internet frantically for and yet you don't kill us with back to back episodes of him on TV? Wow. It has to be a legal issue rather than a moral one, no doubt. Got to be a court injunction from the victim's family, you know? Don't worry Joan Valez-Mitchell is taking care of that-he's all over the t.v. Too bad he didn't unleash that fury on Megan's stupid ass. She even gives bottle blonds like me a bad name.
Now, the real news: I am about ready to shit over Pat Buchanan's book on Hitler and whether or not they wanted to really go to war. You fucking turncoat ass. 15 million people died in that War and yet you have the nerve and the free time to ponder whether or not it was necessary? What fucking planet have you been advising from all of these years and who in the hell voted for you? I didn't. Wow. You may have well have written a book about your visits with aliens because I am in just as much disbelief over this one. You speak of an unnecessary war when this war (WWI) changed the face of Europe and the attitude of Americans forever. So what if it could have been avoided? It wasn't and I am certain that the Powers that Be did all they could to avoid it. The alignments would have been made regardless. The Archduke was the soundoff, but it would have been something else, no doubt. The fact remains that we sent our soldiers to die in that war, so automatically that makes it necessary. The part that saddens me is that you imply that in 1939 Hitler would have made peaceful resolve if his demands had been met by the British. No fucking way, Dude.

- Hitler made the first move and all subsequent moves after to take over Europe-oh, and to kill every other ethnic person on the continent besides his "aryans" and you are not sure of the result he was ultimately seeking? My question is-do you not think Hitler had a game plan when he entered Czechoslovakia or even before? Or do you think that say, in 1938 or 39, while sitting with Eva Braun on a patio he just decided, "Hey Eva...I am going to exterminate the Jews slowly and forever by using them in work camps until they die for free labor." and she was like "Oh, what a fabulous idea-I will be on the cover of every magazine for sure now Adolf!". Geez. He had a plan before he had an army and people knew what was coming. Key people knew what was coming, that is. And the sheep followed suit, just like we always do over and over in history-the German citizens just let him go because they feared for their own futures. They were just happy they weren't among the people being persecuted but secretly knew it could happen just as easily to them if they did not abide. Scary shit to live under. Just like treason in any other government-unless you want to rock the boat on your own ass, keep quiet and remain unseen. And Danzig, Pat? What about it? Maybe the town shouldn't have been isolated from Germany. It sucks that Europe was divided the way it was after the War, but nonetheless, many reacted to an injustice done by few and that is the downfall of war. There has to be payment for blood spilt by foreign men, you know? That is an ancient unwritten right that will always prevail. And know what is interesting? WWII will probably be the only time in our history that we stand united with Russia, China, Brazil and Britian (among many other allied countries) against something far worse. But to say that Hitler didn't want war is like saying Hitler didn't kill Jews. Jesus, Pat. Why go there? You make Americans feel like their grandfathers died in vain when you spew shit like that. Hitler killed innocent citizens of not only his own country but many others because they were a different religion/ethnicity. Not only did he want war, I think in the grandiose scheme of things in his mind he wanted a total Holy War and secretly thought whitey from every country would follow him. I think he actually thought that would eventually happen and whitey would stomp out all minorities and Aryans would rule the entire world. Oh, and he begged for mercy on Greece because he thought that is where the Aryan Gods may or may not have originated-mythology was another of Hitler's passions.
Okay, in other news...I want to know more about Russia's sexy "new school" ruler. Who is this mysterious world leader who dares let his nipples peek from behind the Iron Curtain in a magazine? Who is this hot man who dresses better than Obama and has an 81% approval rating in his country? Who is this hip, suave statesman that is bringing Russia into the new millenium with style and power? Yes, it's Vladamir Putin, who I think is the berries for his country and for the new Europe. He totally slammed a massive company in his country for selling to the Russians at a higher price than foreigners-ballzy, Vlad. I like it. Why didn't a president do that to Ford Motor Company about 30 years ago? Wouldn't be in this car situation, would we? I love how he smoothes over uncomfortable situations and massages his way to good relations. He is well-rounded, interesting and I am starting to find him strangly magnetic. I hope to hear much more positive from you, Mr. Putin. Russia must be proud and he is the perfect leader to show how far you have come! Oh yeah, I want to try Puntinka vodka-while sitting in a bar in Moscow. Hell Yeah. And the Warsaw thing? Well, they DID have a prewar pact with the Nazi's and right now they are pissed at us, so why not, eh Vlad? Poland is a good friendship for you to rekindle. Interesting to see what the future holds for Poland, no? I will be watching.
Okay, any other thoughts, you ask? Of course...but not until next time. Have a kickass week!!

Guten Morgen!
I dreamed in German last night...how weird is that? I am certainly not bi-lingual. lol I don't think I was speaking German, but the people I was sitting with were, and I understood them. That is pretty cool. I was in either Germany or the Netherlands or some Northern European city on the water and the streets were stone and narrow, the buildings were old and we were in the coolest pub, like the storefront photos you see in tourist advertisements, you know? Except it was nightfall and we were having an intellectual conversation with drinks. I lived there, in a flat close to the place we were hanging out and these were close, personal friends (didn't recognize one of them, but they were soooo nice!) Cool stuff. Maybe it's a sign of things to come for me.
This morning, I am motivated and pretty well rested, having gone to bed around 10. I did sleep-eat (again) but it was only about half of a pack of saltines, so nothing too bad. I just hate waking up to a mouthful of food and I am terrified that someday I am going to choke to death in my sleep. I need a night watchman. lol...Oh, do I. ;) I have also been reading up on personal totems and what their presence means. My totem is the blue jay but I have been having a lot of personal dealings with cardinals, which was my grandfather's spirit bird, so I don't know who is trying to tell me what, you know? I need to do more reading.
In other news, hats off to Nigeria for kicking the shit out of the militants trying to take over the area and are continuing to impose Islamic Shariah law throughout. Looks like you cleaned house. And no, I am not blasting Islam, but I am blasting any fucking sect that kills people because they do not share a belief in a God that is probably not real anyway. Didn't the Dark Ages teach anybody anything about organized religion? Good God. But all of this death and displacement must be horrible. I am not sure that I would thrive in such countries and I can't imagine the fear that you would constantly have to deal with. I mean, just living there could condemn you to death. Innocent people are killed all the time, you know? Ugh. It's hard for me to imagine that you can be killed for personal beliefs, though I know it to be true. Just never witnessed it for myself. I always talk big shit about wanting to move to South America, Honduras perhaps or Nicaragua, but when I think about the poverty and other problems these countries have, I get scared and wonder if I really could do it. Not sure I would thrive on trying to help or if I would wallow in the sadness of those around me. I do that-like a chameleon sometimes.
And I feel the need to add this: I know it seems as though I have slammed Islam a couple of times on my blog, but I want to make this crystal clear-I do not hate Islam or anyone who chooses to be a Muslim. I think any moral code that makes you feel good, is good. I have devout Muslim friends and I admire their faith so much. I just don't like the radical side of it, just like I hate the radical side of Christianity. I have such a deep fondness of the standards of morality practiced in the Middle East and I wish I had something that deep in my soul to hold on to. I don't though. But I do not condemn anyone for being good, moral people that want to do good. To be honest, I sort-of like some of the strict rules some countries enforce regarding morality. I like that there isn't a drug problem or teenage pregnancy issues in the Middle East (at least there's not a RAMPANT problem) and I respect the values they teach. I just don't like the idea of being stoned to death as punishment for something like shoplifting. The punishments seem a little harsh to me. But maybe that's what they are meant for and it works. I do like the idea of losing a hand for shoplifting, though. What a deterrent. If you witnessed that punishment just once, you'd never forget.
Okay, what is up with all of the bestiality arrests lately? And why in the fuck would I want to see these people's mug shots? OMG...that makes it even creepier. Keep the barnyard antics just that...in the barn. But if I walked in to someone humping my pet, death would be certain. Ewwwww. That is so gross. Just imagine the embarrassment their families feel. Wow. What would you do if your son called you from jail to post his bond and that was the charge? I would totally ask the judge to order counseling rather than prison. That is total insanity. Ewwww again.
On the home front, I am not really doing anything exciting these days besides work and home. Little Man came home early and it's totally put a damper on my social life, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss having him around. Just having him there makes me feel better. But he is getting older and more into staying in his room so it's a little more lonely than it used to be in the evenings. Tonight I think he is going to his father's for the weekend, so I will try to rush out and begin my long drive to meet his dad. I am probably the only chic on the face of the planet who drives way more than half way in order for my son to see his father. And the sad thing is, he has let me do all the running all of these years and acts put out when I can't do it. God, sometimes I wonder about people. But the miles on my car don't matter in the big picture. I did my part.
Okay, that's about all I have for today...I wanted to comment on the F-22 situation, but that's another blog. Glad they are cutting some fat from the military budget and there's better stuff out there to be testing than the 22, believe me.
Ciao!!

The rain outside has set the mood for the day. Blah. I find myself still trying to wake up and it's almost lunch time! The buzz this morning (at least for me) is Amelia Earhart and the new expedition to find DNA and prove she actually lived through the crash. As a kid, she was one of my favorite people to read about. I've always loved a good unsolved mystery. I think it's all the possibilities of what could have happened that keeps me intrigued. Plus, she was a cool chic. Her sense of style was totally androgenous and totally keen and she was totally lesbian, I believe, but I have no problem whatsoever with that and can't think of her any other way! Don't take it wrong-I have many gay friends and relatives and it bothers me nonewhatsoever-to each his own when it comes to your life mate. Back on the subject-I love the androgenous look of the 30's, you know, Greta Garbo...I have often pondered buying a man's suit and having it altered, wingtips and all. Hmmm....food for thought. I love to play dress up!
Okay, in more serious news, it has been reported that 10,000 Uighur people in China are missing after a series of riots with Han Chinese. In 1 night. From what I can gather, the Uighurs are Muslim and native to Xinjiang (a very important border area in China that also has the largest natural gas reserves in the entire country) and the Han Chinese are well, I guess Chinese. Someone please answer me this-just how in the fuck can 10,000 people go missing in a 24 hour period without someone talking about it? I mean, it's a big undertaking to round up 10,000 people but an entirely bigger thing to keep people from talking about it-that is what has me miffed. I mean, holy shit, that's a lot of people to just not be around in the morning. Of course, I have read that this is an area of total civil outbreak, but the Chinese government isn't talking and no one else is either, so there really isn't a for sure, accurate account of just what is happening there. I'd sort-of like to know and I sort-of don't want to know, as I am sure there is lots of death and fighting and displaced people, etc. But 10,000 people taken into custody or killed or whatever in 1 night. That's some David Copperfield shit! Don't fuck with China, Dude. Wow. Scary stuff...what governments can do and are doing.
Thanks in part to Obama's support, the Medicare Fraud Task Force has busted over 100 people scamming the system. KUDOS. Slimy fucks trying to make money while people who deserve help can't get it. They have already recovered over $381 million dollars. That is great! I happen to personally know several seniors who go without eating to pay for their meds and it makes me madder than hell that others take advantage of the system, you know? Ugh. I hope they do the same thing with Medicaid. West Virginia is rampant with people who take advantage of both systems and I would like nothing better than to see them all get busted. Keep up the good work, Task Force. We need to recover all the money we can.
In local news, Dupont failed to report a serious leak for 2 days. Assholes. They first estimated 300-400 lbs. of the chemical were lost but later downgraded it to 18 lbs. WTF? How do you go from 300 to 18? Someone is lying. All I know is that this stuff mixes with air vapors to make sulfuric acid, which is no harmless chemical. Serious stuff that will kill you fast. How many people around here are dying because of these companies? We are scared to complain because the state needs the jobs but we are scared to breath because we know all of these plants are operating illegally. What do you do? How do you fix this? You can't. You value your job and hope that you and your family don't die from exposure or explosion some day. Totally sucks, doesn't it? Yeah, I know. Damned if you do, damned if you don't!
Well, that's enough for now...will post when I have something more important to say!

July 28th - Late Afternoon
It has been one of the strangest days around here. Nothing seems to be working correctly, including myself. I can't seem to get it together, although everything is done and taken care of, so I guess I appear normal, yet I am not. Ugh. I know I do stuff every weekend, but I think I need a real vacation. I look forward to getting out of the office and to my watering hole before hiding out at the house.
I am terribly disappointed that no one is still buzzing about the no hitter Mark Buehrle pitched against Tampa Bay last week. How fucking cool (and RARE) is that? Hats off to you, Mark. Rice was just inducted to the Hall of Fame for such feats and I hope you continue to do the same. To me, that is a crowning moment in baseball. Talk about separating the great from the goods! Right on, Dude.
In other news, I am catching up on what is going on around the world right now. Seems like everyone is more interested in Kim and Reggie's breakup than they anything else. I guess it's all about distraction in this country, isn't it? I must admit I am a slave to the mind-numbing news myself-I think it's the photos that get me. I was obsessed with the Caylee Anthony murder and images of the family for the better part of this year, so I don't judge. I just think we are wasting a lot of time trying to learn about and imitate people who are really far less interesting than ourselves. I mean, my life is fucking crazy compared to Kim Kardashian's shopping dramas and I can assure you I could have the same body with a little extra work if I paid for it and the stories I have would make Kardashian's porno with RayJ look like Sunday school, but yet we follow these empty human shells like we want to climb into them and yet we refuse to share our crazy lives with the world. That is the difference, right there. Celebrities are willing to let the rest of the world look at them, judge them and dictate their lives (and profiting from it) whereas most of us would never allow our privacy to be so invaded and probably couldn't shrug off the negative vibes nearly as well. That is the one personality trait that fame requires and I am not sure I have it. I think I do until someone gossips about me, then I lose it, so I am probably not star material. But I'd love to get like a year of stardom to prove myself right (or wrong). lol Not to mention stars suddenly have the freedom of being tattooed all over with no recourse, which is cool, but I am jealous! Beckham does his job with a full sleeve-why can't I, you know?
I just read about the San Antonio mother who ate her newborn. Fuck. I mean, what do you say to that? This crazy bitch removed her baby's face and some toes and I don't know what else. I think she removed the face first, that's my guess. That way she wouldn't have to look at the baby's face while she mutilated the rest of the body. OMG...OMFG. I hope that the father doesn't go renegade and do her in. Or do I? Hmmm...might not be a bad idea. Eye for an eye, huh? I don't know what the right answer is to crazy shit like this. I just got nauseous. Ewwww.
The next parenting award goes out to the Hogans. Yes, their d-i-v-o-r-c-e just came through today. Now, let's forget we ever knew that much about them and move on. Just when you think your family is fucked up, just look at theirs and be thankful. Though I do like Hulk, just not his pretentious family. He is a wonderful self-promoter and athlete and I was a Hulkamania kid, so what can I say? But for Linda? Yeah, she must be experimenting with drugs-why on earth would you want to date a 19 year old otherwise? lol Okay, no more personal slams, Linda. You are a beautiful woman but I think you are a little confused after all of this. At least find someone who is the drinking age! And Brooke? Give it up honey, they are who they are and you are who you are. You will feel better when you find yourself and give up trying to understand them. Problem is, it will take you the next 20 years to find yourself due to your dad's spoiling and sheltering. Good luck, dear. Of course, with your millions, you don't need luck. Get the right psychotherapist.
Okay, I have run out of time and have dogged everyone enough. Karma is going to guarantee that my son is a convict by age 15. Ugh. Oh well, he would be the perfect convict in my eyes!! Have a good night, everyone. Blog you tomorrow!
July 28, 2009
Okay, it's Tuesday but it totally feels like Monday again. Grrrr...my Keurig cups haven't arrived in the mail yet and I was soooo wanting a cup of Kona this morning. I guess I have to settle for what is here. Weak blended stuff, but better than nothing. Oh how I love my coffee.
On the local front, I am ducking and hiding as I see my ex bf's face all over the newspaper this morning (just a DUI charge, but you'd think it was murder) and my phone is blowing up, so I turned it off. He's a local talk show host and prior pasture (I know, don't even ask), so no surprise he is being nailed to the cross by the Gazette. People love that shit. Is this the time where I am forgiving and helpful or do I gloat in my triumph, having proved to my friends and family that I was exactly right? Hmmm...something to ponder. No, actually, I am taking the high ground and going to be supportive. God knows I've broken many a law and yes, I have been caught a time or two, just not as much as I should have, so no Ha ha's from Amy. Just glad that my life is going on without drama and I don't have to worry about the media. I do miss companionship (and going "without") though and find myself weak from time to time. That shit will keep you in a bad relationship for years if you aren't careful. But I'm cool. LOL And if it comes down to it, I will hide him until he gets his bearings again. Ugh....the things I do for the people that hurt me. Ugh. Okay...for the news today. This should be good-I feel fucking sarcastic.
1) 7 Men in North Carolina were charged for being an international "Jihad" group. Terrorism is alive and well in the Appalachians. Holy shit...I say let the locals take care of these men. Do you know how many pissed off, redneck veterans live in the Raleigh area? My only question...did the ring leader actually choose to change his last name to Boyd? How bumpkin (and obvious) is that? Hope they toss the salad every day and aren't allowed to pray in jail. Starve them too. They hate Americans, yet gladly live off of us, owning businesses and probably getting government money to run them. Send their women back too...even if they are American. Let them see how fun it is in their husbands' home countries where they aren't allowed to talk. Yeah, that's about fair. If we are "heathen's" as they say, fuck 'em and let them beg on the streets of Afghanistan. But knowing us, they will get food stamps while their husbands await trial. This whole subject just pisses me off all over again. Leeches. Go home and kill people in your own country. We do not like you here either. Evil fuckers.
2) Britain is pulling their remaining troops out of Iraq. Hello U.S.A....this is a SIGN. Heed it. Get our boys home so that they may rest and be sent to other shithole countries in the name of Democracy. Great...like we don't have problems on our own soil. Why doesn't the military rebuild our roads and do stuff like that until we have a real war to fight? Just a question. It would make sense. Like the New Deal, but better.
3) Pakistan is unhappy with India's new nuclear sub....Ya think?? LOL I can see it now...India is like, "Ok muthrfuckrs...now who's bad?" Hindi's with nukes...Yeah Baby! This pleases me very much-India is going to become a superpower someday. Take them out Gandhi style-passively push the fire button. Pakistan may not continue playing bully now. I love it!
4) 85 Missing after Haitian boat capsizes...fuck, don't they list "Maximum Capacity" in several languages? Even though they knew the risk they were taking, I am sure every person on that boat was like, "Yeah, it may be rough but surely the Coast Guard or someone will find us before anything really bad happens." Peace be with all of you...what a risk to take for the "American Dream". Don't they know that Europe is way better? Isn't there an island down there that they could escape to that is closer than the U.S.? Oh, that's right...all the other countries DON'T ALLOW THIS. HINT HINT...Bet you if we stopped allowing people to just show up for the US party, the immigration problem would disappear and boats would stop capsizing because they would know better than to try. I'm just sayin.
5) The Killer of the Wichita Abortion Doctor Appears in Court...Another pussy who doesn't have the spine to face his adversary with honor and instead enters a house of worship to do his deed. Wouldn't it be nice if he was put to death...in his own church? Fuck him and his opinions and who is anybody to play God OR know what God really wants, if indeed there is one. What an asshole. Wouldn't it be great if he was forced to live in China? That would be poetic justice. Say something over there about it. You'll disappear in the middle of the night. I hate anti-abortionists. I want everyone, including the government to stay out of my uterus and mind their own business. If you look at most of these protesters, they are perfect candidates for late-term abortions and their parents should have practiced this right on them. Take care of your own problems. How many of them live on government assistance in order to travel the US and terrorize doctors? That would be an interesting number I bet. Okay, enough about this as it is getting me angry.
6) Consumer Confidence Falls in July...yet house prices just raised the most since 2006. Wow. Remember when Russia hit rock bottom a decade or two back? Well, welcome to Russia...I foresee the same thing happening except we won't get to change to the Euro.
Okay, enough of my banter and opinions this morning. I assure you a funnier, lighter side this afternoon. Sometimes there's nothing that funny about all this bad shit going on around us. I think I want to cut my hair and get my nails airbrushed later.

Stardate: July 27, 2009...This will be my first blog on this site and I am soooo excited to be here! Okay, I'll start with the topics of the day and explain a little more about myself later, though I am way more interesting than any of this stuff, but here goes:
1) Astronauts working on the space station can see visible changes in our polar ice caps since their last trip into space. No joke-you don't think we have been working this hard at destroying our planet for no one in outer space to know it do you? Geez...that means we are killing ourselves like 20 times faster than I thought, but at least martians now know the cause.
2) The DA has it in for Plexico Burress and they want him to do hard time. Supposedly he agreed to 1 year in the pen but they wanted to give him 2. Okay-obviously he has a prior record that is fucking this all up, but how bad can it be to do agree to a year? Come off the hip with it, Plexi and tells us what is scaring you so bad? If I had your legal team, I'd say go the distance and you'll probably get off. But if they are already agreeing to time, you've been a bad bad boy in the distant past and they know it and they know you won't win. Holy canoli, your career just hit the shitter in less than 12 months. I say fight it anyway. There's always a technicality somewhere! Seriously, good luck and God speed, dude. At least you can play with MV in the UFL after this blows over. Just imagine if you would have shot someone else besides yourself! Oy vey.
3)Sarah Palin (finally) steps down as Alaska's governor. Was she even around for it all? I mean, how much attention did the state get these last months? Too much drama, Mama. But I love the way she disses the press-the same press she so graciously invited into her home before the shit hit the fan. Hmmm...Gov, maybe it was you and your f'd up family that ruined your career-the press just reported it. But who's to say. Maybe they really are THAT wholesome. LMAO. Did no one else see this coming but me? I called this one when the daughter got knocked up. The son-in-law is going to have LOTS more to tell unless he gets a payoff. I see him in Alaskan government real soon. Great. Good luck, Alaska.
4) The government health care plan can cohabitate happily with insurance companies. Bullshit. I believe the president and know that universal health care works but insurance companies will NEVER allow this to happen, and they are probably meeting mercs in private to schedule the appropriate shootings if this goes ever goes down. I have 3 words for you: Kaiser Permanente & Nixon. Ugh-I almost spewed while typing it. Such companies pretty much own us and they will never go quietly into that gentle night...they will whine, spend billions in PR, continue spending billions on upper management salaries, totally blast Canada in a smear campaign and kill innocent Americans at every turn. Watch and see. Canada-you fucking rock and so does your health care plan. If it wasn't so damn cold, I'd already be a citizen.
5) Maine has went and gone crazy...a 60 person brawl at a Cod festival resulted in several injuries and arrests and a man was hit by a monster truck but was saved by a "cocoon of mud" on down the road. Hmmm. Sounds like a kickass weekend. Would it have been nearly as fun without the liquor? Probably not. Fuckin-A Maine...do your thang. Yeee Haw! (That was a compliment from a Hillbillie in West-by-God-we didn't do anything here this weekend.)
6) John Dillinger's pistol sold at auction for over $95,000 to a private collector in L.A. Even a dead criminal has a better chance at making 100k per year than I ever do. Great. The shittier thing? The people getting the money just sat on a gun for 50 years and waited till the movie came out. Something fun to do? Families of the people Dillinger shot with that pistol should sue for the money. LOL Only in this country would that totally work. I want a fee for my idea.
Okay...that's all I have time for today. Happy hour starts at the Carpe de Rouge like NOW. Have a kickass night. Keep reading-I promise to entertain you at some point! Tomorrow? I begin chats about: MYSELF. Woo hoo-my mother is going to stop talking to me again.
